Here are some pictures of the tea box completed. I’ve assembled the magnetic clasps with 4mm hemp rope and wrapped with 1mm hemp twine. I think it turned out great.
Here are some images on the progress of the wenge with curly/birdseye maple liner tea box.
I’ve started working on the dovetailed tea box, I did the tails for the sides of the inner wenge box.
This was a special project for a special someone.
I’ve completed the pedestal table, Duncan Phyfe style. It’s maple with a brown aniline dye mixed with satin polyurethane. Single dovetailed drawer, claw feet caps. The pedestal was turned on a lathe.

Here is a small turned walnut textured box I made from a Lee Valley course taught by Steven Kennard from Nova Scotia.

This took me longer than I thought but I made this drawer organizer out of walnut to set inside the kitchen drawer.
